Bean Game

A story-based game you can only experience once, made for a game jam!

There is only ONE can of beans left at the shop. And you're feeling very, very scrumptious. Go for a walk to the store, passing by plenty of unique NPCs filled with references, jokes and dialogue to get your very own can of beans. 

This game was made for a game jam at college, fitting with the theme "You only have one."

I did the majority of the code, the lighting, rain effect, and dialogue/cutscene system as well as all of the dialogue in the game, Nathan, aka KitsuPlayz, built the entire map and helped with coding. Finally, Ash, aka Spicy ash, did almost all of the spritework, including (but not limited to), most of the npcs, the player's animations, the tileset, and most rooms (including alleyways). My deepest thanks goes out to my team members for helping! Wouldn't have been possible without them!
